On this learning site we collect your name and email, your attendance, assessment results, checklists and certificates, and standard website data such as your IP address and browser. If an employer enrolled you, we share your attendance and results with them. Training records are kept for 7 years so completion can be verified later. Your information is stored in the United States. The version in force is the one published at the link above, with its effective date shown at the top.
